I know, I know – who keeps letting me loose in Boots?
So it feels like this Boots Haul is happening very soon after my last Boots/The Body Shop Haul and if you haven’t seen that click HERE.
But, as I mentioned in my most recent Sunday Style post, I popped out for a few things and I walked past Boots and wandered in for what I thought would be an innocent browse… but it never is, is it?
So… this happened…
And in my defence it is a smaller haul than last time!
So the first thing I picked up was this Soap & Glory bath float called ‘The Daily Soothe‘.
I recently ran out of the bubble bath I’ve been using and I wanted a different one to try. I think everyone knows by now that I love Soap & Glory products, so this was a bit of a no-brainer for me when I saw it on the shelf.
I tried it in my bath last night as you may have seen in my ‘Friday Night In‘ post and it is so luxurious and lovely and it smells incredible!
So Soap & Glory products were actually on 3 for 2 so the next two things I picked up were completely justified, right? Right?!
So I picked up the Soap & Glory ‘One Heck Of A Blot‘ powder.
I’ve been looking for a new powder and I’ve heard such good things about this one that I just had to try it. I love that it’s translucent so it doesn’t change the shade of your foundation or any makeup that you’re wearing underneath. So far I’m loving it!
And then I got the Soap & Glory ‘Sexy Mother Pucker‘ Matte Lipstick in the shade ‘Super Nude‘.
I’ve been wanting another nude lipstick. I normally use the Rimmel Kate Moss 101 as my go-to nude but it’s quite pink, so I wanted something a bit more natural. Plus I love any lipstick that is matte!
The next thing I got was the Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer.
So if you saw my previous haul post, you’ll know that I was having a little bit of trouble with allusive concealers! It’s one of my go-to concealers, it’s just really good and everyone talks about it so I’m sure you’ve heard all about it before!
So when I was in Boots I grabbed it just in case I was ever in a concealer-less state again.
If you have read that post you’ll know that I’ve been using the Revlon Colourstay Concealer instead which I will be reviewing very soon!
So then I picked up this Herbal Essences Dry Shampoo, I got the pink bottle which is the ‘Ignite My Colour‘ one.
I’m naturally blonde so my hair is coloured, so it just seemed like a good idea and I’m intrigued to know how it will be. I’ve always noticed that most dry shampoos leave a white residue, which is a lot more noticeable now that I’m brunette so I’m hoping this will be a bit different!
The last thing I got was a drink, because I was thirsty… yep.
I went for this Naked Antioxidant ‘Green Machine’ Juice which is so nice!
It’s basically a slightly overpriced smoothie, but it is really nice and it just makes me feel healthier even holding the bottle so that’s always a plus!
And that’s everything I got from Boots this time!
A slightly smaller haul than last time, but a haul all the same.
I’m now trying to boycott Boots to stop myself doing more damage to my paycheck!
I hope you liked this post; let me know in the comments if you did and remember to click ‘like’ and ‘follow’ if you want to see more things like this! x
